Child leisure

The children's entertainment and entertainment service (children's leisure) consists of a service, provided inside or outside the home, in which our special caregivers, qualified as leisure and free time monitors, offer an animation and entertainment service to one or more children under the care and supervision of the parents.

Activities as dynamic as cooking workshops, stationery, painting, gymkhana, games or costume parties are part of the content, among others, of this Cangurea service.

It is not a child care service, but animation and entertainment, which is based on the presence of parents or adults related to children, who are responsible for their care and main attention, reserving the special caregiver a more leading role in the development of the activities agreed as part of this service.

Hire child leisure

General conditions

Customers must observe the following conditions, when hiring:

  • Minimum hiring of 2 hours.
  • Maximum 5 children. In the case of being more, an extra will be applied or a second special caregiver must be hired.
  • It will be essential the presence of parents or adults related to the children who are in charge of their care and main attention, reserving to the special caregiver a more protagonist role in the development of the activities agreed as part of this service.
  • Start of the first service no earlier than 8am (Except for specific exceptions).
  • Start of the last service not after 11pm. (Except for specific exceptions). In this way, a service could conclude at an hour after 11pm, but not start once that hour has elapsed.
  • If upon arrival at the address the contracted service does not correspond to the actual to be provided, the provision of the same may be denied.
  • Approximate geographical limitation: Radius of 10km from the urban center (preset nerve center). An extra will be applied for more distant displacements.
  • Reception and confirmation hours of contracting services: 9 a.m. - 9 p.m..
    (Service contracts received outside these hours will be answered the next day, including on-call.)
  • Services cancelled at least 24 hours before the start of the provision of the same will be fully reimbursed, except for management costs (8 euros).
  • Services cancelled less than 24 hours before the start of the provision of the same will have a refund of 50% of the amount, except for the cancellation of a guard service in which no refund will be made.
